Quotes:

Then it started raining gumballs.

Last night I told my sister's kids a bedtime story and it came true.

Skeeter Bronson played by "Adam Sandler" works as a hotel engineer in a large successful hotel. This hotel came to exist a long time ago, after his father sold it to Barry Nottingham played by "Richard Griffiths". Skeeter's father made a deal with Barry Nottingham to let Skeeter run the hotel when he got older, as a condition on selling him the land to him before building his magnificent hotel. Way later in the future, Skeeter still working as a hotel engineer still has not been promoted to the position of management that he has been hoping for all these years. When Nottingham makes public that he is building a new hotel , Skeeter sees this as his long awaited chance to manage the new hotel. At the public unveiling of his new plan, Nottingham announces that Kendall "Guy Pierce", will be the hotels new manager. Leaving Skeeter with nothing but false promises and lost dreams.

Skeeter's sister Wendy "Courtney Cox" calls him asking him a favor to help watch her kids as she leaves town on a job  interview for four days. To help him along she leaves her friend Jill "Keri Russell" to help carry the load during the daytime, so Skeeter can still work and take care of the kids at night. To help get the kids to sleep at night, Skeeter starts to tell the kids bedtime stories. Which the kids help out with since, they want to help along with how the story plot should go . Little does Skeeter know, that these stories start to come true in real life. With the help of the children, he tries to use this to his advantage to help his own dreams in life come true.

Mind you everyone, this is a kids film. Made for your typical 6 to 10 year old. So if your expect some great involved plot that you will have to wonder about where it will go next, keep looking. It is somewhat funny for adults, well barely. Although kids should find the movie quite silly and entertaining to watch. Adam Sandler did a great job making a kids film, that parents should not worry about their kids seeing at all. He uses the typical kids humor that we all used to say, to capture his target viewers. Is this this best kids film ever made, no but far from the worst. I am sure your kids won't find it boring but, the parents might. I would have never have guessed that Adam Sandler could pull off a Disney film, while showing kids to use their imagination.
