Top Ten Movies For Halloween

 Halloween Movie PosterPsycho Movie Poster

Nightmare on Elmstreet Movie Poster

The Shining Movie Poster Child's Play Movie Poster

1)Halloween (1978)

A crazy psychopathic killer escapes from the institution and goes on a killer rampage . While his doctor goes on the search to try to capture him and stop the insanity.

2)Psycho ... the original that is. (1960)

Welcome to the Bates Motel meet Norman Bates your friendly innkeeper. He has a bit of issues with his mother killing anyone that comes near poor Norman. Alfred Hitchcock showing you how it should be done.

3)Nightmare on Elmstreet (1984)

Freddy is here and he out to get you in your dreams. Where you cannot escape unless you wake up in time. Better yet don't fall asleep at all. As far I can remember the first movie Johnny Depp was in ever.No he isn't a pirate. One , two , buckle my shoe.

4)The Shinning (1980)

A young family is secluded in a distant ski lodge in the heart of winter. Where evil spirits take over Jack Nicholson and make him go crazy . While his son keeps seeing visions. Red Rum, Red Rum (finger pumping up and down) Thank you Stanley Kubrick.

5)Child's Play (1988)

A young boy receives the gift he always wanted for Christmas a "Good Guy" doll. Only to find out it has been possessed by a murderer, trying to claim a new human body for itself to live in . Wanna play ....

6)Abbot and Costello Meet the Mummy (1955)

Abbot and Costello are in Egypt being chased by the Mummy who only want his medallion back from them.
Inch by inch, step by step, I slowly turn.

7) Bram Stokers Dracula (1992)

A young man goes to a village in Europe. He is captured by the vampire Count Dracula.

8)Friday the 13th (1980)

Over at Camp Crystal Lake the teenage camp counselors are being stalked by the infamous Jason . Hiding out in the woods, and around camp trying to take them out one by one. Will they escape ?

9)Exorcist (1973)

A young girl is possessed by an unknown evil and her family seeks the help of preists to get it out of her.
It is going to make your head spin.

10)Night of the Living Dead (black and white version) (1968)

The world all of a sudden has people that have been recently deceased come back to life to kill the living now as the walking dead zombies. One of the only horror movies where their is a black hero. Great movie one of my favorites.

Yes I know I said Top Ten for Halloween but this is a classic that everyone would agree.

11)It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown (1966)

It is Charles Schulz Peanuts gang out for Halloween having a good time as usuall. Hoping to see the Great Pumpkin appear in the pumpkin patch. Gives you a good idea how not to make a ghost costume. A Halloween classic forever.

It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown

Now mind you this isnt the be all, end of all, of movies for Halloween. Everyone has their own favorite movies for this wonderful holiday. Substitute where you feel your favorites need to be added . Everyone has movies they must see on Halloween , well atleast I would hope so.
